Workload:
Workload of student for successfully completing the course. Each ECTS credit represents 30 working hours. These are the combined effort of face-to-face time, post-processing the subject of the lecture, exercises and preparation for the exam.

The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).
60 class hours (= 45 clock hours) over a 15-week period.
The total student study time is 150 hours (equivalent to 5 ECTS credits).
There are therefore 105 hours available for class preparation and follow-up work and exam preparation.

Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module, students will:
- be able to work on application-related issues in a results-oriented manner with regard to the Directive on the definition of medical activities to be transferred to members of the geriatric and nursing professions for the independent practice of medicine within the framework of pilot projects pursuant to Section 63 (3c) SGB V (Directive pursuant to Section 63 (3c) SGB V) (Richtlinie über die Festlegung ärztlicher Tätigkeiten zur Übertragung auf Berufsangehörige der Alten- und Krankenpflege zur selbständigen Ausübung von Heilkunde im Rahmen von Modellvorhaben nach § 63 Abs. 3c SGB V (Richtlinie nach§ 63 Abs. 3c SGB V)).
- be familiar with a wide range of practical activities, whether undertaken independently or in the service of others, aimed at preventing, diagnosing, curing or alleviating human disease, physical injury or suffering.
- have deepened and broadened their knowledge of the division of tasks and responsibilities between doctors and health care professions in accordance with the G-BA´s directive on the transfer of medical tasks and duties to (qualified) nursing care and geriatric care professionals.
