Workload:
Workload of student for successfully completing the course. Each ECTS credit represents 30 working hours. These are the combined effort of face-to-face time, post-processing the subject of the lecture, exercises and preparation for the exam.

The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).
90 class hours (= 67.5 clock hours) over a 15-week period.
The total student study time is 270 hours (equivalent to 9 ECTS credits).
There are therefore 202.5 hours available for class preparation and follow-up work and exam preparation.

students how to assess companies on the basis of their annual financial statements

Management information systems:
Development of management information systems (information needs analysis, creating the information model, designing the business processes, alternative implementations)
 
Group accounting: (in English)
Consolidated accounting as part of a group’s annual financial reporting
Cash flow statement and segment reporting
 
Financial analysis:
Preparation of annual accounts, computation of economic indicators, fundamentals of rating procedures, creditworthiness assessments
