Die Präsenzzeit dieses Moduls umfasst bei 15 Semesterwochen 75 Veranstaltungsstunden (= 56.25 Zeitstunden). Der Gesamtumfang des Moduls beträgt bei 5 Creditpoints 150 Stunden (30 Std/ECTS). Lernziele:
Meteorology II: Students learn atmospheric pressure and the relationships between density, temperature and pressure. Students will also be able to explain local wind systems and turbulences, as well as identify the jetstreams in both hemispheres. Navigation II: Students will be able to explain the shape of the earth and the different time zones. They will learn to calculate a course with the help of a chart, as well as permanent course determination via Dead Reckoning Navigation.
